Administration

The Administration of Danish Textiles is placed in the building opposite of the production building and consists of the Accounting department, planning department, Custom department, IT Department.

In addition the lawyer, HR inspector, translator, team of the Quality management system work in the administrative building.

Accounting department. The main task of the accounting department is to ensure the proper accounting and financial reporting of the company, taking into account the peculiarities of the activity and technologies of processing of data: work with accounting documents, conducting of banking operations, financial calculations, formation of inventory information, cooperation with certain state institutions.

The tasks of the Planning department, the Custom department and the Warehouse are to control all types of activities connected with the purchase of resources for the production and delivery of finished goods to the buyer, including the necessary information provision of these processes, coordination of the relationship of all members of the supply and distribution system, customs clearance of import/export, planning and transportation of production orders and equipment.

Information Technologies Department. The department works on provision of structural units with appropriate computer equipment, office equipment and software within their tasks. It performs preventive works and current maintenance of organizational equipment, means of computer communication and computer network, its improvement, as well as provides timely development of the necessary measures for the protection of information and the creation of information security systems.

Lawyer and HR Inspector follow all the company’s work to comply with the current legislation of Ukraine. They organize employment procedure, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor laws, regulations, instructions and orders of the head of the company. They form and conduct personal information cards of employees, introduce changes related to work activities. The Lawyer represents the interests of the company in courts of general jurisdiction and other specialized courts, other enterprises, institutions, organizations irrespective of the form of ownership and subordination. She participates in work on the conclusion of contracts, preparation of conclusions on their legal validity, in developing the terms of a collective agreement, rules of internal labor regulations and other regulatory and legal documents.

Translator translates local regulations of the company, normative, technical and shipping documents, materials of correspondence with outside (including foreign) institutions and companies, as well as materials of conferences, business meetings, etc., carries out simultaneous interpretation.

The team of the quality management system develops, implements the changes and supports the quality management system of the company. The department communicates with the interested parties on quality requirements, cooperates with the external audit team, conducts internal quality audits, provides consulting and methodological support to other structural departments of the Company, conduct statistical quality control, introduces new quality control methodologies.
