Sewing Production development department

At this department in close cooperation with Customers new models are developed to meet the quality requirements to each type of goods. The important task of this department is the development of the necessary documentation for the manufacture of goods in the Sewing Production, the compilation of the sequence of manufacturing processes, calculation of time and development of effective methods of production.   To ensure the high quality of the production of new models during its introduction into the Sewing Production the employees of this department conduct a detailed technology production instruction of the departments, and solve current problems and questions connected with the quality of goods and production methods. Within this department there is a Sewing school, where newly-employed seamstresses are trained to sew according to the requirements of the Customers.
