Dyehouse

The Dyehouse is responsible for the chemical processing of the raw fabric. The chemical processing includes different processes such as washing, dyeing, softening etc. These processes run in special dyeing machines.

The workers in this department load fabric into machines and add the chemicals according to the dye receipt. The process is followed continuously and the quality of the fabric is checked regularly.

After hydroextraction the fabric goes through an uplaying machine, that places the fabric on a wagon, ready for the next step in the production.
