Fabric Production

Fabric production is the first of two steps in our production. This is the step from which everything begins: the yarn is processed into the fabric which then passes several stages, namely: dying, finishing, washing, etc. The Fabric production consists of smaller departments, each is responsible for a certain stage: knitting, unwinding, cutting, pre-fixing, fixing, dying, drying, cropping, pattern printing, polishing, rolling into rolls and quality control.
