Knitting department

The knitting department is responsible for the manufacturing of the raw fabric which is used in the production of other goods. All material for our production comes from the knitting department.

The fabric is made on special knitting machines which knit from several cones of yarn.

The knitting machines are running 24 hours per day and maintained every minute they run by the operator of knitting machine: to follow the knitting process and check the quality of the product.

The roll of fabric is knitted, cut, all necessary registrations are made and the work starts again.
